What’s Up with Supps announces SupplySide West 2024 afterparty and new board members
The platform for connecting industry professionals will host an afterparty for SupplySide West that will benefit Vitamin Angels. What's Up with Supps also welcomes four new board members.

In a recent press release, What’s Up with Supps announced it will host an afterparty for SupplySide West 2024 on October 31, taking place at the House of Blues, Las Vegas, NV from 7:00pm to 12:00am and featuring celebrity industry icons. Proceeds from the event will benefit the nonprofit organization Vitamin Angels, which aims to improve health and nutrition of underserved communities globally. The organization also announced four new board members. Their expertise is expected to further drive What’s Up with Supps’s networking and education mission for the supplement and ingredient industry. The four newly appointed board members include:
- Elyse Lovett, MBA, MS: A 15+ year industry veteran, Lovett has held c-level marketing positions at prominent ingredient companies, is the founder of a science-based marketing agency specializing in B2B marketing for the dietary supplement and functional food and beverage industries.
- Doug Lynch: The Chief Executive Officer of MarketWell Nutrition, Lynch has spent over a decade leading the company in delivering innovative solutions to the dietary supplement, nutricosmetics, functional food, and natural product industries.
- Joey Savage: A seasoned leader and innovator in the nutraceutical industry, Savage has over a decade of experience driving product development and scientific research. He is the Founder of the Future Nutra Foundation and Savage Nutra, where he leads initiatives to advance nutrition science and product innovation.
- Ruth Rodrigues: An experienced marketing professional with a degree in Nutrition and Food, Rodrigues is the Marketing Manager at SGS Nutrasource, a life-sciences company dedicated to helping companies launch science-backed products. She is responsible for global communications and marketing strategy for the company.
