The new 12,500-sq-ft innovation center for savory flavors includes a laboratory for customers to work on flavor development alongside Synergy’s team. The lab replicates customers’ commercial kitchens and processing conditions, the company’s press release states. The plant offers spray dryers, flavor reactors, and vacuum drying and retort capabilities.
“We look forward to hosting all of our customers in the near future at our state-of-the-art facility for tasting and innovation sessions,” said Mike Brown, vice president of R&D and innovation, Synergy Flavors.
