Five attorneys from New York–based law firm Rivkin Radler will be speaking on various panel discussions and workshops at the upcoming SupplySide West trade show, which will take place in Las Vegas from October 4–8.
Rivkin Radler counsel Marc S. Ullman, Shari Claire Lewis, and Michael A.L. Balboni will all be part of the panel discussion Digital Transformation and the Need for Data Security on October 6 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., which will cover issues relating to data privacy and digital security. Rivkin Radler’s Steven Shapiro, meanwhile, will be one of the speakers at the workshop Capitalizing on the Future of Energy Drinks, Shots, and Supplements, scheduled to take place on October 5 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Additionally, two Rivkin Radler attorneys will also be speaking during the American Herbal Products Association’s (AHPA; Silver Spring, MD) Botanical Congress, which will take place on October 8. Ullman will sit on two panels, Channels of Trade for Consumption of Cannabis and The FDA’s New NDI Draft Guidance. Rivkin Radler’s Geoffrey R. Kaiser will participate in a separate cannabis-related panel on the same day, titled The State of Cannabis Legal Review and Policy.
