BI (Rancho Dominguez, CA) will be launching a hemp product line at this year’s SupplySide West, taking place on October 17-18, 2019 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, NV. The new line will include a full spectrum hemp extract powder as well as several hemp protein concentrates, all available in conventional and organic. The hemp products will also undergo stringent quality analysis for heavy metals and pesticides, as well as the company’s Identilok species identification process with DNA verification in order to guarantee purity, authenticity, and cleanliness. Additionally, the hemp is will be treated with BI’s Protexx HP Green Steam sterilization, which is a species-specific organic sterilization method that does not use irradiation, ETO, or methyl bromide.
