At the upcoming Vitafoods Europe trade show taking place May 7-9 in Geneva, Switzerland, Prinova (Carol Stream, IL) will be conducting demo tours to showcase its ingredients and custom formulations in the form of some of the nutrition industry’s hottest concepts.
The company, together with Essentia Protein Solution, will showcase a collagen-rich bone broth soup called OmniBroth, which helps support fat loss, enhanced satiety, and bone strength and density. The soup will be available in three flavors.
Also up is a yuzu cherry–flavored collage shot featuring Essentia’s OmniCol 110 powdered protein ingredient. The non-GMO ingredient is 100% natural and free from dairy, soy, grain, and gluten.
Vegan gummies are sure to please today’s discerning customer. Prinova is taking it a step further and will feature AnaBio Technologies’ microencapsulated ingredient, Active TR Natural Caffeine, which is designed to support athletes, among others. The sugar-free gummies are said to help enhance focus and improve energy levels during exercise.
Other concepts Prinova is sampling at the show include vegan protein shakes featuring pea and rice proteins; nootropic beverages to support focus and memory; and sugar-free gummies featuring the fat-burning ingredient L-carnitine.
