Label manufacturer lowers minimums for flexible packaging for nutrition, supplement companies, thanks to new digital press: Natural Products Expo West 2022 Preview

A state-of-the-art digital press now enables Overnight Labels (Deer Park, NY), an award-winning manufacturer of custom labels, shrink sleeves, and flexible packaging, to lower order minimums for its clients for flexible packaging such as standup pouches, single-use sample packets, stick packs, and bags. This capability allows the company to shorten lead times and reduce minimums, making these packaging options more feasible for small and mid-size brands. Overnight Labels will be an exhibitor at the upcoming Natural Products Expo West trade show in Anaheim, CA, in March, at Booth #3678.

The company says it is now one of the only full-service packaging converters in the U.S. with a HP Indigo 25K press. The company’s pouch orders and roll stick minimums start at 2500 per SKU, with turnaround times “flexible and typically faster than industry averages for flexible packaging.” Its products include traditional, recyclable, and compostable options for flexible packaging, labels, and shrink sleeves.
