Kaneka Probiotics has chosen seven winners for Phase 1 of its Kaneka Innovation Award Program, and had announced Phase 2 of the giveaway.

Kaneka Probiotics (Newark, CA) has chosen seven winners for Phase 1 of its Kaneka Innovation Award Program (KIAP). As part of the giveaway worth $150,000, the winners will get up 5,000 free units of one three Floradapt products: Cardio, Intensive GI, and Baby Colic. In the second phase of the KIAP, which is to be activated at Natural Products Expo West 2020, Kaneka will grant $150,000 in clinical funding to a single winner.
“Similar to the Free Product Contest Giveaway, applications for Phase 2 of the KIAP can be submitted by contacting us directly or turning in an application on the spot at Expo West 2020,” explained Mike Kolifrath, vice president of the Kaneka Probiotics Division, in a press release. “We strongly believe in these new products to better serve today's consumer demands."
Vitacost.com was revealed to be one of the winners of Phase 1. “We have worked with Kaneka for over 20 years and we trust their quality, their products are backed by clinical studies, and they have a high degree of safety and efficacy,” said Wayne Gorsek, found of Vitacost.com, DrVita.com and NaturesLab.com, in a press release.
