Jim Hamilton has been appointed the global CEO of OmniActive Health Technologies by the company’s Board of Directors.

Jim Hamilton has been appointed the global CEO of OmniActive Health Technologies (Morristown, NJ) by the company’s Board of Directors. The appointment is effective June 1, 2020. For the past 15 years, OmniActive has been under the leadership of its founder and executive chairman, Sanjaya Mariwala.
“I am delighted to announce Jim's appointment and believe he is the right leader for OmniActive for our next phase of growth," said Mariwala in a press release. "He has a proven track record of successfully driving businesses forward and positioning them for success."
Hamilton has been a part of the dietary supplement and nutrition industry for 35 years, most recently serving as the president and CEO of Neptune Wellness Solutions (Laval, QC, Canada). During the cource of his five year tenure, Hamilton planned and delivered a significant turnaround of the business through acquisitions and timely divestitures.
