Funtrition, a global science-led gummy contract manufacturer and product developer, has announced that its new 62,000 square foot state-of-the-art gummy facility in the United States is fully operational as of April 2024. The facility offers access to manufacturing, development, packaging and warehousing capabilities to its client base and prospect partners in the U.S. and abroad.
Strongly committed to innovation, with art & science at the backbone of its business, Funtrition explains in a press release that the new facility allows the company to continue to meet the growing needs of the supplement market with next-generation gummy products in advanced technologies while also helping Funtrition expand its current capabilities. By being more competitive in the U.S. market, Funtrition can maintain its status as an industry leader.
Some of the key features of Funtrition's U.S. facility include:
1. The theoretical capacity of 300 tons per month, approximately doubling its previous capacity.
2. Capability to manufacture all Funtrition gummy technologies (Agar-G, Pec-G, GummieX, Fill-G, Air-G and Layer-G).
3. Bulk packaging capacity.
4. Bottle packaging capacity of 1M bottles per month
5. More than 40,000 square feet of warehouse under air conditioning, with 10 docks for loading and unloading materials and finished products.
One recent innovation from the company is the SuperG super green gummy, which is a vitamin-rich blend of of fruits such as cranberry, pomegranate and elderberry and vegetables such as spinach, kale, cabbage, broccoli, and spirulina that support digestion and immune health. Made using Funtrition's proprietary Pec-G (pectin) technology, SuperG gummies are plant-based with a short clean bite that ensures an easy and enjoyable mastication experience for consumers. They come in tropical apple and lemon flavors.

Flavorman opens new production center with expanded footprint and beverage creation capabilities
July 3rd 2024According to the company’s press release, the 28,000 square-foot expansion represents an $8.5 billion investment to scale up Flavorman’s "Beverage Campus" and “facility its rapid growth in the beverage industry.”
