Optifeed is produced by Bio-Cat Microbials, in Shakopee, MN, in a vertically integrated, FDA-registered, and SQF-certified U.S. fermentation facility. The AAFCO-listed probiotic strains in Optifeed are designed to support the gastrointestinal health of companion animals. Bio-Cat also states that the Optifeed line will expand to enzymes in the future to further enhance the digestive health benefits and nutritional value of pet foods, with potential use in ingredient processing and flavor development.
