Barentz International (Hoofddorp, The Netherlands) has acquired Natural (Verrières-en-Anjou, France), a distributor of natural, herbal, and functional ingredients for the nutraceuticals industry in France and Europe. Following its acquisition of Unipex earlier this year, Barentz says that the acquisition of Natural will significantly strengthen the company’s value-added product offering for dietary supplements, and enable further growth in key nutraceutical markets globally.
