Tom Druke is a veteran of the consumer packaged goods industry, having spent 10+ years in product management roles at Reckitt Benckiser® and Pfizer® Consumer Healthcare prior to joining Balchem in 2013.
Tom currently leads all marketing and innovation activities for the VitaCholine® and VitaShure® product lines in Balchem’s Mineral and Nutrients division. He has served for several years as the chair of the Council for Responsible Nutrition’s (CRN) Consumer Survey Advisory Committee and is a frequent contributor to dietary supplement trade magazines.
He earned his BA from Dartmouth College and his MBA in Marketing and Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business. A former Peace Corps volunteer in environmental education, Tom loves being outdoors and enjoying nature.

Throughout his career, Eric has worked to improve the health of consumers by translating the latest advancements in nutrition research into substantiated messaging and product innovation.
Eric is a published scientific expert with over 10 years of industry experience and proven performance across roles in scientific affairs, sales, and marketing. He previously has held a variety of roles in nutrition science, sales, and marketing at organizations such as Wyeth Consumer Healthcare, DSM Nutritional Products, and IFF. Eric holds a PhD in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition from Tufts University and is a Registered Dietitian.
