Senator Dick Durbin and Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro have introduced legislation that would establish a new regulatory body in charge of regulating food, including dietary supplements, called the Food Safety Administration. Jen and Sebastian talked with Michael McGuffin, president of the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA), to learn more about how this bill would impact industry, and why AHPA has chosen to endorse the bill.
