Wyoming-based supplements brand VitaPill LLC has launched a new oral product that it says can help protect consumers against mosquito bites.
Bite-amins contains a proprietary blend of B vitamins, garlic, Echinacea, vitamin C, quercetin, bromelain, curcumin, and capsaicin. The company says that the product helps boost the body’s defenses against allergic reactions and itching from mosquito bites.
The product is also said to “deter” mosquitoes from biting for up to six hours. The product should be taken orally in one tablet with water one hour prior to outdoor activity.
