Called "TeaFense," the ingredient combines green tea extract and capsicum.
Stratum Nutrition (St. Charles, MO) is merging the antioxidant benefits of green tea (Camellia sinensis) with the cellular health support of capsicum in TeaFense, a product to be introduced at next week’s SupplyExpo in Anaheim, California.
TeaFense is described as a patented, whole food ingredient which can be used in foods, beverages, and dietary supplement products.
“TeaFense combines a decaffeinated, full-polyphenolic spectrum, standardized green tea extract and non-pungent capsicum to promote healthy cell lifecycle and reproduction, which is critical to healthy aging and longevity,” said the company.
For more information on TeaFense, stop by Stratum Nutrition’s booth #625 at SupplyExpo between March 11 and 13.
