Seppic (La Garenne Colombes, France) has acquired EPI France, strengthening its position in the nutricosmetic market. EPI France’s flagship ingredient, Ceramosides, clinically validated to support skin both orally and topically, has been distributed by Seppic for over ten years. The acquisition will strengthen Seppic’s expertise and know-how with the addition of EPI’s internal production tools, giving the firm control over the entire process of research, development, and industrialization, from the extraction of raw materials to the active ingredients.
