Roelmi adds two new ingredients to its ExceptionHyal line of full-spectrum hyaluronan ingredients

Health and personal care ingredients supplier Roelmi HPC (Origgio, Italy) has added two new ingredients to its ExceptionHyal line of full-spectrum hyaluronan nutraceutical ingredients. The company’s says the ExceptionHyal line’s full-spectrum hyaluronans, created via bio-fermentation, stand apart from traditional sodium hyaluronate ingredients.

The company’s HA Tech 2.0 technology creates full-spectrum, fine-molecular-weight hyaluronans using “precise variations of parameters such as temperature, pressure, and time.” It creates a spectrum of molecular weights that the company says is closer to what’s naturally in the body.

“The completeness of the molecule lengths allows ExceptionHyal ingredients not to focus on a precise molecular weight, as it occurs in the market, but rather on the efficacy of a range of fractions working in synergy, just as naturally occurs in our body and allowing better health outcomes,” the company’s press release states.

The two new ingredients joining the ExceptionHyal line are ExceptionHyal Blossom, designed “to counteract menopause discomforts,” and ExceptionHyal Wink to support ocular health.
