Ocean Spray Cranberries Inc. (Lakeville-Middleboro, MA) is collaborating with Atlantic Sea Farms, a women-run regenerative kelp aquaculture company based in Maine. As part of the collaboration, Atlantic Sea Farms will use Ocean Spray ingredients in its Cranberry Kelp Cubes, which are composed of Kelp puree, cranberry puree, and cranberry seeds. The use of cranberry seeds in the cubes furthers upcycled ingredient product innovation.
