Contract manufacturer Nutrition Formulators (Miramar, FL) announced that its new manufacturing facility, opened last July, has been certified by NSF International, assuring that the company is manufacturing dietary supplements in compliance with cGMP requirements.
The company says it successfully completed all of the requirements of the NSF American National Standard 173-Dietary Supplements, Section 8, on which NSF’s Dietary Supplement Certification Program is based, in compliance with 21 CFR Part 111. The requirements cover plant audits, product testing, and safety, and include ongoing audits.
The facility offers manufacturing and packaging services, including blending, tableting, encapsulation, powdered drink mix blends, liquid capsules, and specialty packaging.
