NOW’s new Calm & Focus supplement features PLT Health Solutions’ Zembrin ingredient

Supplements brand NOW has launched a new product, Calm & Focus, which features PLT Health Solutions’ (Morristown, NJ) patented Zembrin Sceletium tortuosum ingredient as well as gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). The supplement aims to support relaxation, focus, and mental functioning.
According to a PLT Health Solutions press release, Zembrin has been clinically studied to demonstrate that it reduces stress and enhances mood and has been shown to start working in as little as two hours after ingestion.
The Calm & Focus product contains 25 mg of Zembrin and 300 mg of GABA. In a press release, NOW’s vitamin brand manager, Kim Perkins, pointed to the clinical evidence supporting Zembrin’s efficacy.
