Now Foods, a leading U.S. manufacturer of natural products, has opened a new, 200,000-sq-ft distribution facility in Roselle, IL. This is the company’s third U.S.-based operations facility, joining sites in Bloomingdale, IL, and Sparks, NV. According to the firm, the new site “will support increased volume and efficiency needed for the company’s long-term growth and expansion.”
The new facility, which will employ 130 people and handle order fulfillment and distribution services, includes such upgrades as:
“We are constantly working to serve our retailer customers better while accommodating sustained growth, and this facility does both,” said NOW Foods CEO Jim Emme in a press release. “We’ve incorporated advanced technology with environmental efficiencies and emphasis on worker safety and well-being.”
