Burcon and Puratos have recently announced their new partnership which will help provide new products with Burcon’s canola protein.
A recent press release disclosed the news of Burcon NutraScience Corporation (Burcon) and Puratos partnering together to create new product offerings using Burcon’s Puratein canola protein,1 which can utilized as an egg protein alternative with a high nutritional value. Purators is a provider of bakery, patisserie, and chocolate ingredients and services. The intent of this partnership is to meet the demands of consumers for healthier and more sustainable food choices.
