NaturArk debut brings four new ingredients to the North American market

NaturArk (Atlanta, GA), a newly launched supplier of nutritional ingredients, is the exclusive North American distributor of ingredients from the Italian manufacturer Biosfered. The line includes Endophyllene, OxiTurmeric, MacroPAC-A, and MyrLiq.

Endophyllene is a phyto-cannabinoid ingredient made from black pepper extract that contains beta-caryophyllene, and acts as a natural endo-cannabinoid agonist of CB2, associated with inflammatory support and pain reduction. It is available as a powdered extract containing 30% beta-caryophyllene (ideal for tablets, capsules, and sachets), and an oil-based extract containing 80% beta-caryophyllene, suitable for soft-gels or liquid formulations.

OxiTurmeric, says NaturArk, is a high purity turmeric extract developed to concentrate and maintain natural turmerones to increase the intrinsic bioavailability of curcumin without additional ingredients. MacroPAC-A, is a cranberry extract with a range of A-type proanthocyanidins (PACs) from 5% to 20%, without carriers and fiber, says NaturArk. The ingredient addresses immune health and urinary tract health, and is designed to provide flexibility to formulators and marketers with its wide range of A-type PACs. Finally, MyrLiq is an extract from the resin of the myrrh plant, to support inflammation and ease pain.
