Natreon (New Brunswick, NJ) will now provide direct sales, service, support, and co-marketing to customers buying Sensoril, the company’s ashwagandha ingredient.
“This transition allows us to align our product innovation, clinical research, and consumer awareness programs directly with the needs of our customers,” said Bruce Brown, president of Natreon, in a press release. “Furthermore, we believe there is value in improving operational efficiency as well as connecting customers directly to Sensoril and take them on a journey of how Sensoril is sourced, its unique adaptogenic health benefits, and organic/non-GMO attributes. Moving to a direct sales and distribution model will allow our knowledgeable, world-class team to leverage its expertise and foster closer customer relationships.”
Natreon believes this move will allow the company to better meet the needs of customers, streamline order fulfillment, improve service and support, and enhance transparency into the supply chain.
