Q-Naturale SF is for sugar-free applications and Q-Naturale CL is for natural and clean-label products.
National Starch Food Innovation has introduced two new Q-Naturale encapsulation options-Q-Naturale SF for sugar-free applications and Q-Naturale CL for natural and clean-label products. The materials can be used to encapsulate and protect flavors, nutrients, and active ingredients, including omega-3 and beta-carotene color. The products are designed to save manufacturers time during spray drying, due to their higher solids content. Q-Naturale was originally introduced as a beverage emulsifier and is marketed as a more-stable source than gum arabic.
