Specifically, Comon will focus on the company’s natural food colorants line, as well as its vitamin and mineral premixes. From 2004 through 2012, Comon served as account manager, France, for Tate & Lyle.
New product analysis by Innova Market Insight indicates rising use of natural colors in France, LycoRed reports. In 2012, natural colors were used in 10% of products launches, in such products as gum, cakes, pastries, ice cream, and yogurt.
