Kensing acquires plant-sterol manufacturer Vitae Naturals

Kensing, LLC (Kankakee, IL)acquired Vitae Naturals (Talavera de la Reina, Spain), a leading manufacturer of plant sterol esters and non-GMO vitamin E derivatives marketed as Vitasterol and Vitapherole, respectively.
