Ingredients by Nature (Montclair, CA) has announced the opening of Phase I of the company’s new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Montclair.
The facility allows Ingredients by Nature to host a variety of toll work services for chilsonation, large batch-blending premixing, high-shear mixing, milling, fluid-bed granulation, and packaging. Facilities are equipped with state of the art metal detection.
Alongside the new manufacturing services is an on-site, third-party, full-service laboratory.
“Now that Phase I is complete, we can start Phase II of the facility, which includes a new proprietary heat and steam sanitation process developed by our company,” said Bo Zhu, Ingredients by Nature executive vice president. “We will also be adding in a research and development laboratory to provide on-site resources for our company in developing our proprietary extracts. In addition, we want this laboratory to be accessible to our customers who would like to do on-site research and development for toll projects and formula creation.”
