The American Herbal Products Association (AHPA; Silver Spring, MD) hired Melissa Do—a hemp CBD industry alum—as director of communications. Do will be reporting to Amber Bennett, vice president of marketing & engagement at AHPA.
“I am honored to join AHPA at this incredible time in the association’s history,” Do said in a press release. “In this role, I am eager to amplify the history-making work of AHPA and its members and apply what I have learned from the fast-changing hemp CBD industry to the wider herbal product and dietary supplement industries.”
