Howtian has launched an unrefined golden stevia extract called SoPure Dorado.
Howtian has announced the launch of an unrefined golden stevia extract called SoPure Dorado. According to the company, the new product is the least processed, plant-based, zero-calorie sweetener designed for consumers who are avoiding foods they consider overprocessed and unhealthy.
“Many consumers believe that stevia, despite being a natural sweetener, undergoes extensive processing that strips it of its natural benefits,” said Tom Fuzer, vice president of market strategy for Howtian, in a press release. “With SoPure Dorado, we aim to change that narrative. Our innovative product retains its natural golden color and delivers outstanding solubility, making it the ideal choice for products appealing to health-conscious consumers seeking minimally processed alternatives.”
The ingredient also contains a naturally high concentration of steviol glycosides, says the company. SoPure Dorado is suitable for a number of applications, including tabletop sweeteners, liquid sweeteners, low glycemic index sugar blends, sweetener portion packs, syrups, and sauces.
