Healthgevity launches healthy-aging muscle-support supplement featuring Nuritas’s newly GRAS PeptiStrong ingredient

Healthy-aging-products brand Healthgevity has introduced a new supplement called Longevity to support healthy aging and muscles. The product features PeptiStrong, an ingredient recently launched by Nuritas (Ireland), which uses artificial intelligence to discover new peptide ingredients.

Late last year, Nuritas announced that PeptiStrong had gained a Generally Recognized as Safe independent conclusion for safe use in food and drinks in the U.S. PeptiStrong comprises peptides derived from fava bean, with studies showing it can help reduce skeletal muscle atrophy and increase muscle regeneration, according to Nuritas.

According to the company's press release, “PeptiStrong is tackling the negative effects of aging by helping minimize muscle loss, support muscle synthesis, and decrease exercise-induced inflammation with cell-signaling power that helps the body function at its best.”
