Givaudan (Geneva, Switzerland) completed its acquisition of DDW (Louisville, KY), the Color House, a natural color company. DDW has 12 manufacturing facilities around the world and 315 associates with a strong market position from its origins in the brewing industry through its capabilities in caramel colors and spent the last 20 years with a strong focus on natural colors for the food and beverage industry.

The terms of the deal have not been disclosed and Givaudan debt funded the transaction.
