Foodology, a resource for the food and nutrition development industries that was started by ingredient supplier Univar Solutions (Downers Grove, IL) last year, has launched a new “Wholesome Cravings” campaign designed to help product developers understand the latest in healthier-eating trends and solutions.

According to the company’s website, “Markets show rising demand for healthier foods as consumers look for cleaner labels; less sugar, salt, and fat; fiber and protein fortification; and choice under ‘free from’ and flexitarian nutrition.
