Mailhot arrives at the firm with nearly a decade of past experience at FDA, where he held technical and regulatory positions. Mailhot is even credited for advising the U.S. Attorney’s Office in an investigation of criminal violations of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. His experience spans pharmaceuticals, foods, dietary supplements, and even cosmetics.
Mailhot earned his JD from the New England School of Law.
