Flavorchem and Orchidia Fragrances has announced the acquisition of the Swiss company, Huber the Nose.
According to the company’s press release, Huber the Nose has over 50 years in research and development of flavors and fragrance oils, known for delivering high quality products as well as customized solutions in the flavor and fragrance industry. The two companies also share similarities as family-owned businesses that have a customer-centric approach and commitment to customization, says Flavorchem.
“We are proud to build on the legacy established by Dr. Huber and his team. The acquisition will strengthen our global reach to better serve customers. Together, we will continue to uphold our shared values that both companies were founded on,” said Ken Malinowski, president of Flavorchem and Orchidia Fragrances, in a press release.
Huber The Nose was advised by Conexus Capital Advisors, Inc., a specialized strategic advisory firm for the flavor & fragrance industry to facilitate the acquisition.
