FDA said that in promotional material distributed at the 2011 Natural Products Expo East trade show in Baltimore, the company had made product claims such as “of inestimable value in the prevention and mitigation of influenza,” “fighting the current influenza viruses,” and “to relieve flu symptoms, it is taken 3 times per day.”
