Evolva to showcase cold-water dispersible resveratrol at SupplySide West

Resveratrol supplier Evolva (Reinach, Switzerland) will showcase its new cold-water dispersible resveratrol ingredient, Veri-te Resveratrol CWD 90, at November's SupplySide West trade show. The 90% trans-resveratrol ingredient, which utilizes an award-winning LipiSperse Dispersion Technology by Australian firm Pharmako Biotechnologies, was introduced earlier this year and is designed to effectively deliver a large amount of resveratrol in an aqueous delivery environment.

According to Evolva, Veri-te Resveratrol CWD 90 offers up to 67x higher the dispersion capability of standard resveratrol, as well as enhanced bioavailability. The ingredient has a neutral taste, making it easy to incorporate in various formulations. It can also benefit deliveries such as effervescent tablets and fast-melt sachets.

At SupplySide West, Evolva will demonstrate Veri-te Resveratrol CWD 90’s benefits in effervescent tablets and in a melt-in-the mouth lemon powder stick. Also, the company will sample its standard, trademarked Veri-te Resveratrol ingredient in a single-serve, 5-g chocolate bar.
