Eggshell ingredients firm ESM Technologies (Carthage, MO) and its joint-venture ingredients partner Stratum Nutrition (St. Louis) are now corporate affiliate members of the Jordan Valley Innovation Center (JVIC; Springfield, MO). JVIC is a research, development, and commercialization facility created by Missouri State University. By joining with industry partners, the facility aims to “accelerate research, product development, and commercialization of innovative technologies.”
“We expect the expertise and specialized research facilities available from both JVIC and other corporate affiliates to enhance and expand our efforts to develop and commercialize innovative, research-backed ingredients in human health and nutrition,” says Kevin J. Ruff, PhD, ESM’s director of scientific and regulatory affairs.
