Botanic Innovations runs a process of cold pressing botanical oils for synergistic antioxidant blends.
Botanic Innovations (Spooner, Wisconsin) has earned a U.S. patent for its process of combining botanic oils to provide “super potent antioxidant” blends.
The patent covers production of antioxidant blends from cold-pressed seed oils. In an oxygen-deprived environment, such blends can produce a final product with greater levels of antioxidants than the sum of individual oils.
Botanic Innovations has initiated this patent primarily around its use of black cumin seed oil. Other cold-pressed oils covered under the patent include red raspberry seed oil, cranberry seed oil, and blueberry seed oil.
Botanic Innovations uses its certified organic NatureFRESH Cold Press technology to produce its blends.
