Frost & Sullivan says the company's strains are well documented and substantiated.
Market analyst group Frost & Sullivan has awarded Chr. Hansen (Hørsholm, Denmark) with its 2012 European Product Leadership Award in Probiotics. The award is based on criteria including product features and innovation, acceptance in the market place, and customer value.
“Chr. Hansen’s strains are well documented and are a result of extensive R&D initiatives [that] substantiate the product’s safety, purity, and quality,” said Frost & Sullivan.
Chr. Hansen won the award most likely because of its premium Probio-Tec product line, which caters to digestive and immune support, and all key population groups: infants, elderly, and the general population.
