Majeed assumed the role of CEO of BGG’s HB Natural Ingredients USA subsidiary on January 1, 2022, and will assume the position of CEO of BGG Americas and Algae Health Sciences upon the retirement of Bob Capelli on March 1, 2022.
BGG World (Irvine, CA) has appointed Shaheen Majeed as the CEO of three of its key subsidiaries. Majeed assumed the role of CEO of BGG’s HB Natural Ingredients USA subsidiary on January 1, 2022, and will assume the position of CEO of BGG Americas and Algae Health Sciences (AHS) upon the retirement of Bob Capelli on March 1, 2022. Majeed spent the last four years as president, worldwide, of Sabinsa Corp. (East Windsor, NJ) and prior to that, over 21 years, held numerous positions in sales, supply chain, and global marketing at the company, playing an instrumental role in Sabinsa’s growth as a leading supplement ingredient supplier.
