Alpha Packaging (St. Louis), ranked as the 21st largest packaging blow molder in the United States, has completed its largest acquisition to date, of Progressive Plastics Inc. (Cleveland).
Progressive Plastics, a manufacturer and decorator of plastic bottles and containers, will enhance the business of Alpha Packaging, which specializes in high-density polyethylene and PET bottles and jars for the nutrition industry.
“Progressive’s product lines greatly expand the number of products we can take to the market,” said Dan Creston, Alpha’s executive vice president, corporate development.
