Alicia Peirce named vice president of family business Ribus, producer of clean-label ingredients for food, beverage, pet, and dietary supplement companies
Alicia is the third generation of her family to lead Ribus. Her father Steve Peirce and grandfather Jim Peirce founded the company in 1992.

Ribus Inc. (St. Louis), a family-owned supplier of clean-label ingredients for the food, beverage, pet, and dietary supplement industries, has named Alicia Peirce its new vice president. Alicia is the third generation of her family to lead Ribus. Her father Steve Peirce and grandfather Jim Peirce founded the company in 1992.
Kasch initially started at Ribus as a global account manager, then sales representative, before being promoted to vice president. A company press release says that “Kasch grew up working in, and around, the family business her entire life. She graduated cum laude from The Missouri School of Journalism at the University of Missouri, where she earned her bachelor of journalism degree with a concentration in strategic communication. Kasch started her career in advertising for Anheuser-Busch, MillerCoors, The Monsanto Co., and then served as a digital project manager at Nestlé Purina PetCare Co., before returning to the family business and joining the RIBUS team full-time in 2017.”
