Celebrities had the opportunity to take home samples of Glysom, a supplement exclusively available through medical professionals.
Ajinomoto North America (Fort Lee, NJ) announced that its Glysom sleep-aid supplement is the first Japanese nutraceutical to have taken part in the GBK Luxury Gift Lounge honoring the recent Golden Globe Awards. Celebrities at the event, which took place in Beverly Hills, CA, on January 13 to 14, had the opportunity to take home samples of Glysom, a supplement exclusively available through medical professionals.
The product is made from glycine, an amino acid that occurs naturally in the body and that the company says is scientifically proven to promote deeper, sounder, and more satisfying sleep for occasional sleeplessness-without causing morning drowsiness. The company says Glysom is particularly effective in promoting the deep, non-REM sleep cycle.
“GBK approached us to participate in the Golden Globes gift lounge with Glysom,” says a company representative, who adds that Glysom was the only dietary supplement to be featured in the gift lounge. “Sleep and weight management are among the top health issues for most people, and celebrities are no exception. The awards gift lounges are a perfect occasion to introduce our dietary supplements to the Hollywood community.”
