Registration for the American Herbal Products Association’s (AHPA; Silver Spring, MD) 9th Botanical Council is now open, with early bird promotion in effect until April 23. This year’s event will be held virtually on May 24, 2021. The theme is “Botanicals in the time of COVID” and will explore regulatory, supply chain, and other business-related issues impacting companies and individuals doing business in the botanical, herbal, and dietary supplement industries.
“The coronavirus affected all of our lives, both from a personal and business perspective, and its impact on our industry will likely be felt for many years to come,” said Michael McGuffin, president of AHPA, in a press release. “This year’s AHPA Botanical Congress will focus on lessons learned from COVID and share practical advice that those in the industry need to know moving forward.”
