ADM (Chicago) will debut its 2023 global trends report at the SupplySide West trade show, taking place October 31 to November 4, 2022, in Las Vegas (Booth #5455).
At the show, the company will present product concepts founded on the trends ADM forecasts. ADM bases its predictions on proprietary consumer research, and it advises food and drink manufacturers on how to deliver on these upcoming trends and to accelerate their speed to market.
ADM will showcase concepts that relate to the to-be-announced trends, including: 1) plant protein shakes that the company says will promote the expanding profile of plant protein sources, 2) “better-for-you biotic snack clusters and carbonated lifestyle beverages,” and 3) bakery items made with sustainably sourced ingredients.
