The Steviva One product line starts with Reb A 75%.
A&B Ingredients (Fairfield, NJ) is the official North American distributor of Stevia One, a zero-calorie stevia sweetener produced from Peruvian stevia leaf. The ingredient is now available and ready to ship from A&B’s New Jersey facility to U.S. and Canadian food and beverage manufacturers.
Stevia One is produced without chemical solvents and harvested in Peru, where A&B Ingredients says environmental conditions, such as sunlight and precipitation, are most ideal. An extra advantage of this stevia ingredient is that it is certified for sustainability by the Rainforest Alliance.
A&B Ingredients is starting out its supply with a Rebaudioside A (Reb A) 97% ingredient. Rebaudiosides are some of the most active sweetening compounds in the stevia leaf.
