A total of 17 companies participated in the event, which is held periodically to provide prospective customers with a transparent trading system.
Closing prices for three of the purchased contracts sold for an average 10% increase compared to closing prices at the company’s January 2011 trading event.
The next Ocean Spray cranberry concentrate trading event will take place in July.
