The company’s former COO Scott Weddle will now take the helm as CEO, replacing Dave Dafoe, who remains on the company’s executive board as chief commercial officer.
Beverage developer Flavorman (Louisville, KY) announced that its founder, Dave Dafoe, its CEO for 31 years, will now step back and serve on the company’s executive board as chief commercial officer. Stepping into Dafoe’s CEO role is Scott Weddle, formerly the company’s COO. Weddle started at Flavorman 13 years ago as a shipping coordinator before moving up the ranks.
The company’s new COO will be its former chief business officer, Jon Wood, who has served the company for 28 years. The company also named its first chief financial officer, Holly Cropper.
Other new developments at the company include a $10 million expansion of Flavorman’s “Beverage Campus,” which will add 27,000 sq ft of facility space for production and expanded blending, bottling/canning, processing, and bulk storage operations.
